Plot – Spoilers:
Set in New York, though everyone speaks Italian, The New York Ripper concerns the brutal killing of attractive women that soon assumes a serial nature. Lt. Williams who’s in charge of the case decides to consult a psychiatrist Paul Davis to help build a profile. Soon enough, Williams starts receiving taunting phone calls from a funny duck-voiced person claiming to be the killer.
The body count keeps increasing and multiple characters are introduced, each of whom could potentially be the killer – in short, a fine work from one of the masters.
Plenty of brief appearances but is not lacking in intrigue.
The real ripper was Daffy Duck

A true classic in the original Italian masters of slasher flicks. I recomend this one for those with an interest in the roots of gritty cop verses serial killer genre.
