Plot – Spoilers:
9 short tales of bizarre afflictions, fetishes and situations are strung together around the theme of a quack doctor known as the Devil Woman Doctor. The Doctor, played by Shinnosuke Ikehata in drag, introduces each of the scenarios featuring her patients.
Guinea Pig 3 introduced humor to the series, but Guinea Pig 4 is pure comedic genius that infuses hilarity into the most effed up situations. Personal favorites here include the anchor reporting on the human flesh tasting festival while trying to be professional, and the pathetically decomposing man who’s alive yet slowly dying.
“I am the human face whitlow”
“you don’t need to introduce yourself” LMAO!
this one is funny as fuck! if you enjoy Japanese humour, horror comedy, and an entry self-aware enough to not take itself seriously, this is the right film to start your guinea pig journey with.
I don’t think this is a good movie, in the sense that it’s well-made or something influential. It’s just fun.
I think the drag looks pretty neat in black
Did not really enjoy this one very much. Ikehata makes for a pretty sexy drag milf dont get me wrong but the comedy was way more miss than hit for my tastes.
12 mins left gotta say not bad at all on to part 3 next
It’s nice to have something comedic on this site, and while this is meant to be a comedy, this also very much belongs on this website as well. No direct requests for anything, but it would be great to see more horror comedies like this on the website because sometimes you just need a good laugh after all of the dramatic shit that’s on here. I’d put this somewhat (if not almost) on par with Monty Python. Great find, EUM. Thanks for showing me this.
This one had a touch of david cronenberg in it.
lol
We love the devil woman, but the movie is more comedy than anything. No horror no gore just goofy Japanese skits.
