Where the first two in the series leaned a lot towards scat porn, the opening title is a giveaway to the type of deaths that receive increased focus here. So if that bothers you, give it a skip as well as the comments section.
There is scat here, though some of it has now evolved to animal-on-human which might be comforting for those that are repulsed by the sight of intra-species shitting. A lot more maggots too.

Thomas Cinemagore has tried to play around a bit with the edits here and uses slowed down and/or reversed music. These include themes from Flintstones, Fraggle Rock, Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, Ducktales and a recitation of the Our Father prayer.
Running twenty minutes short of 4 hours, this can be an event for those that like that sort of thing.
There are a couple of repeats and obvious fakes. Otherwise, this focuses a lot more on violence, accidents and is easily the goriest of the three MDPOPEs. Also, less straightup violence against animals, but more sexual activity with them and one particular clip that might stay with you a while.

If you have seen one of these – MDPOPE or other gore / shock video mixtapes, compilations, films, whatever the fuck you wanna call them – you’ve seen them all. They all show the same thing – gore (including genital mutilation, lighting on fire, lacerations, beheadings, lynchings, etc), animal murder as well as physical and sexual abuse and lighting animals on fire / crushing them to death, physical abuse of infants (usually newborn or stillborn babies), and of course, what most of them consist of, scat and vomit porn. This one arguably brings more to the table with its insectophilia bullshit, as that’s shit I haven’t seen before, but that’s not really a pro or worthy of praise regardless. Thomas Extreme Cinemagore is a basement dwelling middle-aged edgelord who attempted to promote the second ‘movie’ (and I use this term incredibly loosely) by ‘including audio from Daisy’s Destruction’. Most, if not all of these clips, were readily available on the clearnet at some point or another. He steals clips he has nothing to do with from bestgore, liveleak, efukt, and many others, and is too fucking bone idly lazy to even edit the watermarks out.
